Shipping information

All our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means that your order is only produced after payment has been received – this is more sustainable and avoids unnecessary overproduction.

Delivery times

Production: 2-7 working days
Shipping within Germany: 2-5 business days
Shipping within the EU: 5-10 working days
International shipping: 10-20 business days

The total delivery time is usually 7-14 working days from receipt of order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your order and depend on the delivery country and product type.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are individually made for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied.
