General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop novoly.store.

§ 2 Contractual Partners

The purchase agreement is concluded with Novoly, Noah Heinke, Am Rissener Bahnhof 13, 22559 Hamburg.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding order. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the prices shown, we charge shipping costs, which will be displayed before you complete your order.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery is available within Germany and the EU. Our products are produced using a print-on-demand process and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner, Printify. Delivery time is typically 7-14 business days.

§ 6 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 9 Liability

We are liable for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions.
